1. Who we are

Tourora AI (“Tourora”, “we”, “us”) is a software-as-a-service platform for creating AI-powered virtual tours and pitching them to businesses. The service is operated by an individual entrepreneur (persona física) based in Mexico, not by a registered company. You can reach us through the contact form on this site.

2. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Tourora you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Tourora.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • One free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is not permitted.

4. The service

Tourora lets you research businesses, generate virtual tours with artificial intelligence, edit and publish them at shareable URLs, generate sales pitches and proposals, and manage leads. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

5. Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with limited usage. No credit card is required to start it. When the trial ends without an upgrade, your account becomes limited: existing tours remain viewable, but AI generation and other premium actions are paused until you subscribe. Trial limits (such as tour generations and daily searches) are shown in the app and may be adjusted to prevent abuse.

6. Plans, billing and payment

  • Paid subscriptions range from $14.99 to $299.99 USD per month, with discounted yearly options. All prices are in US dollars. One-time AI credit packs are also available.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms and security standards.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
  • Prices may change. Any price change will be announced in advance and will apply from your next billing period, never retroactively.
  • Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated by Stripe. Downgrades and interval switches take effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep your current plan’s features until then.

8. AI credits

AI actions consume credits. Each paid plan grants a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire and are consumed only after your plan credits run out. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and require an account in good standing to use.

9. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Details, including the limited refund cases, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service or the trial, or use the platform unlawfully.

10. AI-generated content

Tours, pitches, proposals and research summaries are generated by artificial intelligence (using models from Anthropic) from public information about the businesses you select. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting generated content before publishing it or sending it to a client, especially factual claims about a business. Tourora does not guarantee that generated content is accurate or fit for any particular purpose, and is not responsible for decisions you or third parties make based on it.

11. Third-party data and images

Tours may include business data from sources such as Google Places and openly licensed images from providers such as Openverse. Licenses for such images (for example Creative Commons) may carry attribution or usage conditions. You are responsible for verifying that your use of any third-party content in a published tour — particularly commercial use — complies with its license and with the rights of the businesses depicted.

12. Your content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us the license needed to host, display and process it to provide the service. You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or defamatory;
  • publish tours or send pitches that misrepresent a business or your relationship with it;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through or about the service;
  • attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or circumvent plan limits and credit metering;
  • resell access to the service except as allowed by your plan (e.g. agency features).

13. Intellectual property

The Tourora platform, brand and software remain our property. Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use content generated for you in your business, including in tours and proposals you deliver to clients.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your content, your published tours, or your breach of these terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page (and by email for significant changes affecting paid plans) before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
